Our light, buttery brittle puts a twist on the classic crunchy treat by using our home-grown pistachios instead of peanuts. Choose from our Regular Pistachio Brittle, or lean into the flavors of New Mexico with our Red Chile or Green Chile Pistachio Brittle. The added heat helps to tone down the sweetness and adds a nice kick at the end of your bite.
