When life gives you an abundance of green chiles and jalapeño peppers it’s the perfect time to make salsa verde. After a particularly large harvest our team set to work adapting our beloved hot sauce recipe to feature the fresh, bright flavors of New Mexico’s distinctive green chile and locally grown jalapeños. The result was a strikingly delicious take on classic flavors with a zesty kick.
