This naturally-flavored organic sugar can be used in almost any recipe you'd use white granulated sugar in to add a hint of lavender. Substitute a tablespoon or more in your dessert or scone recipe. Pairs especially well with lemon flavors - try adding it to lavender cupcakes with lemon icing. 

Expert tip: Make lemonade with Lavender Simple Syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Serve in a tall glass over ice, rimmed with Lavender Sugar.
