Lavender Honey brings a light floral note to the unmistakable flavor of New Mexican honey. Our honey is not pasteurized and does not contain any added sugars or preservatives. Just pure, raw liquid gold and the essence of our organic lavender.We are proud to partner with local beekeepers from Taos to Las Cruces whose bees pollinate a mix of native wildflowers, agricultural crops and backyard gardens. Each batch varies slightly in color and flavor based on regional plants, seasons and climate conditions. Our honey is not pasteurized and does not contain any added sugars or preservatives.
