Los Chileros - Santa Fe Posole Dinner Kit (13 oz)

This is a special meal that is made even better with Los Chileros' blend of traditional white and blue corn posole with chiles and other spices. Served throughout the Southwest, posole is a main dish or is used as an accompaniment to other southwestern dishes. Turning corn into posole is a unique method which separates the tough outer shell surrounding each kernel by boiling it in lime and then rinsed and dried. This allows the kernel to burst while cooking and provide a flavorful Southwestern Taste.
