A traditional breakfast dish made with atole, milk, water, salt and sugar.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Los Chileros Blue Corn Atole
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- sugar to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together atole, salt and water in large pan.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Add milk, and stir until thickened. Serve hot, and add sugar to taste.

Typically served as a morning breakfast drink.
