Artist Statement: "When I first started making these cutting boards nearly 20 years ago, they began as a recycling project. I love to use wood from other projects; from my own shop as well as the shops of other woodworkers which would normally end up in the landfill. As my business has grown, I’ve had to purchase more wood for these beauties than I up-cycle, but I still use as much recycled content as possible in everything I make"
